Nothing like having a good playlist when you are running. The other day on my 4 mile run, my playlist consisted of two songs that kept repeating over and over and over. I didn’t want to take the time to stop and reset my app because I didn’t want to get out of my groove when running. But, it drove me nuts the whole entire run–next time I am going to stop! Ha! So today it was great to have a playlist longer than two songs–a little Tobby Mac, Soul Control, KJ-52, Cory Asbury, Catherine Mullins, Flame, Mandisa, Michael Buble, Jake Hamilton, and more… I was groovin’!
Note to self: Lesson #4 – A good playlist matters to keep you motivated and in the groove.
